Free Kindergarten Approved Program
We are thrilled to announce that we are a free Kindy provider, offering a 15-hour week (or 600 hours a year) government-approved educational program led by qualified early childhood teachers. This is fantastic news for families seeking quality early childhood education. Families interested in accessing a second non-subsidised kindergarten program are encouraged to reach out to us directly to discuss fees and enrolment eligibility.
Subsidies are available through the Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme (QKFS), funded by the Queensland Government. Eligibility for QKFS requires children to be at least 4 years old by June 30 in the year of enrolment. All eligible children receive the QKFS standard subsidy, which applies to one kindergarten program.
You’ll find all of our current fees below. Term fees will be invoiced at the end of the first week of each term.
Direct debit is our preferred payment method.
Instalment plans are available for direct debit with the option of weekly or fortnightly payments.
Casual Before and After Hours Care bookings are payable within 7 days of receipt of each invoice.
The fees for 2024 are as follows:
Waiting list fee: $10
Enrolment Acceptance Fee: $150

*As this class comprises 18 hours per week, please note that an extra charge will be applied for any hours beyond the complimentary 15-hour Kindergarten week.
Holders of Health Care Cards, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and multiple births of 3 or more kindy aged children maybe eligible for QKFS Plus subsidy.
Before and After Hours Care fees for 2024:
Permanent bookings: $10.00/ hr
Casual bookings: $15.00/hr
Late fee for failing to collect a child by 5.30pm: $1 per minute

Annual Association Membership fee: $10
Building Fund Levy (Voluntary & tax deductible): $25 per term
Late fee for overdue payment of either Term fee or After Hours Care permanent booking: $20
Late fee for overdue payment of Casual bookings or Quickstop use: $10 for each late payment
Surcharge for credit card payments: 1.5%
