You’ll find all of our current fees below. Term fees will be invoiced at the end of the first week of each term.
Direct debit is our preferred payment method.
Instalment plans are available for direct debit with the option of weekly or fortnightly payments.
Casual Before and After Hours Care bookings are payable within 7 days of receipt of each invoice.
The fees for 2022 are as follows:
Waiting list fee: $10
Enrolment Acceptance Fee: $150
Security Deposit: $250 payable with your Enrolment Acceptance fee, and deducted from your child’s first term fees

Holders of Health Care Cards, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and multiple births of 3 or more kindy aged children maybe eligible for QKFS Plus subsidy.
Before and After Hours Care fees for 2022:
Permanent bookings: $10.00/ hr
Casual bookings: $15.00/hr
Late fee for failing to collect a child by 5.30pm: $1 per minute

Annual Association Membership fee: $10
Maintenance Levy: $100 per semester
Building Fund Levy (Voluntary & tax deductible): $25 per term
Late fee for overdue payment of either Term fee or After Hours Care permanent booking: $20
Late fee for overdue payment of Casual bookings or Quickstop use: $10 for each late payment
Surcharge for credit card payments: 1.5%
